While we do our best to ensure your plants are happy and healthy at the time of purchase, we do acknowledge that mistakes happen and we may have delivered a plant that did not meet our standards.
Refund policy for plants (local delivery)
In the unlikely case that the health of your plant purchased from Plant Havn seems to be less than pictured or expected, we are happy to negotiate full/partial refund, or store credit if notified via email within 72 hours of purchase. Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of any damage and we will do our best to accommodate you! Due to the perishable nature of plants, we do not accept refunds past the 72 hour window.
Refunds for all other items
At the moment we do not accept returns or exchanges on non-plant products as most of them are handmade to order. We apologize for the inconvenience. However, if you feel there was a mistake on our part, please feel free to contact us at email@example.com and be sure to include the order number and any photos if necessary. Thank you!
